At FinnFunn, the line between presenter and attendee dissolves somewhere around Friday dinner — and the stranger across from you turns out to be from the same town your great-grandfather left.

Discover the Finnish Market Place—tori in Finnish—where artisan crafts, Nordic gifts, books, textiles, baking, and unique finds bring Finnish life into view. You may leave with a recipe for nisu, Finland’s cardamom bread (also called pulla), a handcrafted treasure, or something you never expected to discover.
It's the Presenters
Meet a few of the presenters who bring this year's program to life. All participants' interests, experiences, and perspectives reflect the mix of generations you'll find throughout the program.
Part of a Finnish stories panel, Roy and newcomer Saija weave together stories of Finnish community life that still resonate in 2026. Roy turns 100 just weeks after FinnFunn and decades of faithful participation. Saija offers a native Finn’s perspective — the customs she grew up with at home, and what she’s rediscovered here in the States.
Ville (left) and Isaac take you to Finland, Minnesota, home to a hand-carved statue of St. Urho with a playful Finn-Am legend behind it. You'll enjoy hearing about their discoveries in this Upper Midwest town and its Finnish residents.
Madison McClintock invites you to a community "Sneak Peak" screening of her film: Craftswoman: Weaving Life Whole.
Then explore East Hill Farm’s own trails — one hike led by Lapphund dogs with members of the New England Finnish Lapphund Club.
